Will you top up someone’s else work?

 

Top up service is for existing clients only, those who’ve been with us from the beginning.

If you previously have had semi permanent treatment on your brows we welcome

you as a new client and normal pricing applies.

 

Will you require a photo of me before my appointment?

If you are a brand new client then yes we’ll ask for a photo so we can see

your current eyebrow condition.

What is a patch test and how can I book one?

A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours before your initial appointment.

This is mandatory. However if you cannot arrange a visit in person to the clinic

then I can post a patch test kit to your home address.

The sensitivity patch test will not always confirm or determine whether you

will have a reaction to the products used within the treatment.

How long will the appointment last?

Every client is different but generally between 2 hours to 3 hours.

Most of the session will be used to discuss the desired colour and shape. 

Will you draw in the shapes first?

Yes, remember it’s tailor-made to you.

Your brow shape will be based on your facial measurements and the 'golden ratio'.

We’ll draw them on first so you can see what they will look like and ensure you are happy.

 

Do I have to have the complimentary touch up session?

 

A touch up is recommended between 4-6 weeks of the initial microblading session.

It is not essential and it depends on how well your brows heal.

We do recommend it as brows can heal differently and fade.

A touch up can correct any minor changes.  

How long will my brows take to heal?

Initially your brows will take up to 14 days. The overall healing process takes around 5-6 weeks.

Although usually clients can return to their normal routine after

7 days providing you follow the aftercare advice given to you at the end of the session. 

Can I get my brows wet?

No! You need to keep the area dry for 7 days as this avoids infections,

other complications and helps to retain the amount of pigment implanted. 

If the scabs have not yet fallen off then keep the area dry for longer.

Generally, hot baths, saunas or excessive workouts should be avoided for a couple of weeks.

Can I wear make-up after?

As long as it’s applied around the area and not on the

eyebrow as this can cause infection.

Can I expose them to the sun?

During the healing process, sun exposure should be avoided altogether.

The amount of sun exposure to your eyebrows will determine how quickly they fade.

Generally, it’s advised that protection in the form off sunglasses,

hat, and sunscreen should be used to help prevent fading. 

Why are they beginning to fade after a month? 

This perfectly normal as your eyebrows begin to heal and it’s why we offer

a complimentary touch-up service between 4 - 6 weeks to correct the colour. 

We won’t provide a touch up under 4 weeks as this increases risk of scarring. 

Why are my eyebrows itching?

Itching is all part of the healing process and you will soon develop scabs.

Do not itch, pick or peel off any of the scabs, and generally avoid touching the area,

unless cleaning it, until it’s completely healed.

How do I book with you? 

You can book via phone or e-mail. We won’t take bookings over social media.  Please have your contact details and dates available at request.  Once you're booked in, we’ll require NON- REFUNDABLE deposit. Your appointment won’t be secured unless you’ve paid this deposit. 

I need to cancel what notice do you require? 

We need 7 days notice and we’ll work together to reschedule your appointment as soon as convenient.

 

Do you provide refunds?

If you have not given any notice to a cancellation then no refund will be provided. 

If you’re not happy with your microblading session, we don’t offer any refunds

due to the client being involved in the microblading process,

all thoughts and concerns should be spoken out loud and addressed within the initial session.
